By accessing or using Prompt Bunker, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for the activity that occurs under your account.

Workspace permissions matter. Owners, editors, and viewers may have different capabilities, and you are responsible for assigning roles appropriately within your team.

You may use Prompt Bunker only for lawful business or personal workflow purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to store or distribute unlawful content.

You remain responsible for the prompts, tasks, versions, and workspace data you create or share inside the product.

Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us and our billing providers to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund handling are described together with our Refund Policy and any checkout terms presented at the time of purchase.

You retain ownership of your content. We retain ownership of the Prompt Bunker software, branding, site design, and related intellectual property.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued use presents security, legal, or operational risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Bunker is provided on an as-is basis, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the period immediately preceding the claim.
