Refund Policy

This policy explains how Prompt Bunker handles cancellations, refund requests, and billing-related questions.

Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyRefund Policy

1. Subscription Charges

Prompt Bunker paid plans are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and renewal terms presented during checkout.

You can cancel a paid subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges already processed for the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or service-impacting technical issues that prevented reasonable use of the paid plan.

Requests should be submitted promptly after the charge appears. We may deny refund requests involving abuse, repeated refund claims, or substantial use of the paid subscription.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by law, partial billing periods, unused time remaining on an active subscription, and plan changes already delivered are generally non-refundable.

Fees paid for periods before cancellation are typically not refunded once access to the paid plan has been made available.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may suspend access while the issue is reviewed.

5. Contact for Billing Questions

If you believe a charge is incorrect or want to request a refund review, contact Prompt Bunker support with the billing email used at purchase and the date of the charge.

We recommend raising billing questions before initiating a dispute so we can review the issue directly and respond faster.
